Job Description
Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or equivalent. • Experience with Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps best practices.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service. • Design and execute data migration strategies using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory. • Develop and manage integrations with external systems using: • Custom APIs and Webhooks • Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including automated solution packaging, testing, and deployment for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components. • Implement Power BI dashboards for CRM analytics and business intelligence. • Customize CRM using JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, and Power Automate. • Experience in Power Apps & Automation • Leverage Azure Synapse Analytics for advanced data processing and reporting. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all CRM-related processes.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE). • Proven expertise in data migration, transformation, and synchronization. • Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Platform. • Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup using Azure DevOps, including YAML pipelines and environment-based deployments. • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. • Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics and data lake integration. • Solid development skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript. • Understanding of RESTful APIs, OData, JSON, and XML.
