We are looking for an experienced Lead Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM development, application support, technical consulting, and enterprise-level customer engagement solutions. This role will lead complex implementations, technical escalations, system enhancements, and platform support initiatives.
Responsibilities
10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Strong experience in Technical Consulting and Enterprise CRM implementations Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration Strong background in Application Support and Technical Support environments Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, and Power Platform Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and CRM integrations Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Requirements
Lead the design, development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions Provide L3 technical support and resolution for complex CRM issues Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Develop and support custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and critical issues Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and project teams Support deployments, upgrades, releases, and platform enhancements Ensure CRM platform performance, security, and stability Mentor developers and support engineers on best practices and technical standards Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business teams
