Full job description Job Title: Software Developer - Dynamics 365 CRM Experience: 2 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: PQube Business Solutions is looking for a passionate and hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer/Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM, Business Central, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have practical implementation and customization experience in D365 modules, integrations, and Power Platform applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM based on business requirements. Work on Dynamics 365 modules including: Sales Customer Service Basic CRM functionalities Develop and customize solutions using: Power Apps (Canvas Apps / Model Driven Apps) Power Automate Dataverse Support Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and customization activities. Create workflows, business rules, forms, views, and dashboards in Dynamics 365. Develop and consume REST APIs for integrations with third-party applications. Assist in developing custom plugins and APIs using C# and .NET technologies. Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide solutions. Prepare technical documentation and support project implementation. Required Skills: Primary Skills (Mandatory): Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales / CRM Hands-on experience in Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Technical Skills: C# .NET Framework / ASP.NET Web API / REST API HTML, CSS, JavaScript SQL Server Good to Have: Knowledge of Dynamics 365 plugin development SharePoint integration exposure Basic understanding of Azure services Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Collaborate with teams to gather and prioritize business requirements. Develop and maintain quality code following best practices. Configure workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 CRM issues. Support integrations with external applications and systems. Provide user training and post-implementation support. Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. Candidate Profile: 2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft technologies Good problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Quick learner with interest in Microsoft ecosystem technologies Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka
