Dynamic CRM Develoepr Experience - 8+yrs Location Pan india Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development. Strong hands-on expertise in: C# plugin development Custom workflow activities JavaScript, HTML, CSS Dynamics 365 CE SDK & Dataverse Deep understanding of CRM concepts: entities, form scripting, security model, solution management. Experience automating business processes using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop optional). Knowledge of REST/ODATA APIs, Azure AD authentication, and integration patterns. Experience with Azure DevOps/Git for version control, ALM, and solution deployment. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement customizations, configurations, and extensions in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Develop C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and Azure functions to support advanced business logic. Create and enhance JavaScript, HTML, and web resources for UI customization and improved user experience. Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business automation, integrations, and data orchestration. Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security roles. Integrate CRM with external systems via APIs, Azure services, or custom connectors. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions. Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide long-term technical support. Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery. Support solution deployments using DevOps pipelines, solution layering, and best practices. Maintain documentation and follow coding, security, and version control standards.
