Are you a passionate professional with expertise in MSD 365 Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant? experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions. What we are Looking For : We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with 8+Years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Retail modules and experience working on end-to-end implementation projects. Key Responsibilities : Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules. Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend business process improvements. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs). Work closely with technical consultants to develop customizations and integrations. Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities. Support data migration, master data setup, and validation. Deliver user training and prepare functional documentation. Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and project managers. Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards. Required Skills : 8+ Years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Strong expertise in one or more functional modules: Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank) Supply Chain Management Procurement & Sourcing Inventory & Warehouse Management Manufacturing Sales & Distribution Experience in end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects. Strong knowledge of business process mapping and ERP best practices. Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration activities. Understanding of workflow configuration and security roles. Experience in UAT, user training, and documentation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Knowledge of Azure DevOps for project tracking. Familiarity with integrations using Logic Apps, APIs, or Dual Write. Understanding of Localization and Global Financial Processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Certification is preferred. Preferred Experience : 8+ Years of relevant ERP consulting experience. At least 2–4 end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects. Experience in support, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects. Exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Banking, or Distribution domains is preferred.
