1. About the service

Softchief Work is a marketplace where clients post jobs and freelancers send proposals. Softchief provides the platform; the work agreement is between the client and the freelancer.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
• You choose to join as a Client or a Freelancer. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm other users.

3. Jobs, proposals and contracts

• Clients must describe jobs honestly and freelancers must describe their skills and experience honestly.
• When a client accepts a proposal, a contract is created with the agreed amount and delivery time.
• Either side may cancel an active contract. The client marks it completed when the work is received.

4. Payments

Payments between client and freelancer are currently arranged directly between them. Softchief does not hold funds or guarantee payment until a payment feature is introduced and announced.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, misleading or abusive content, send spam, or try to access another user's account or data.

6. Liability

Softchief is not responsible for the quality of work, delays or disputes between users. The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law.
